These terms govern your use of the Sky Vegas service and any Sky Vegas-related content on this review site. By registering or signing in you agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where Sky Vegas is permitted to accept bets to open an account. Sky Vegas is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and primarily serves UK residents. Attempts to circumvent geo-restrictions via VPN or false information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
2. Account
Each player may hold one Sky Vegas account. Duplicate accounts, shared credentials, and false registration information will be treated as fraud. Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity on your Sky Vegas account, and we strongly recommend enabling biometric authentication in the mobile app.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
Sky Vegas accepts UK debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and direct bank transfer. Neteller and Skrill are not supported. Sky Vegas does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where possible. Payouts are subject to KYC verification. Debit-card withdrawals on Visa Fast Funds-enabled banks typically arrive within two hours; standard bank transfers take 2 – 5 working days.
4. Bonuses

Ongoing deposit-match promotions are subject to their own terms, published in-account before opt-in. Standard conditions include: 40× wagering on deposit-plus-bonus combined, cleared within 30 days. Sky Vegas reserves the right to void bonus winnings where terms are breached.
5. Games & fairness
All Sky Vegas games use certified random-number generators tested by UKGC-approved third-party test houses. Individual game RTPs are published in each title's info screen as required by the LCCP. In the event of malfunction all bets and payouts on the affected round are void.
6. User conduct
You must not use the Sky Vegas service to launder funds, defraud other players, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated play, or attempt to reverse-engineer the client or games. Violations will result in account closure, forfeiture of any bonus and reporting to authorities where applicable.
7. Liability
Sky Vegas is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by English law, neither Bonne Terre Limited nor this review site accepts liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, subject always to non-excludable statutory rights.
8. Changes
Sky Vegas may amend these terms at any time. Material changes are notified to account holders in advance where practicable. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes should be raised via Sky Vegas customer support in the first instance, and thereafter with IBAS (the Independent Betting Adjudication Service) or the UK Gambling Commission.
